Lower level xp is fine it doesn't need any change, what does need change is the level 1 guildleves and side quests EXP! 200xp for a completed side quest sucks really bad. Increasing the reward could easily speed up the lower levels without completely skipping them.

This is what I suggested on that thread after the reps response, one I already mentioned earlier in the thread about being able to get leve quests at Aetheryte.

1. サブクエストで繰り返しできる物を用意する、今あるサブクエストって1回クリアしたらもう出来ないべ？　リーヴ中はリーヴやってるだろうけ ど、1日の終わりに町に戻ってきて、サブクエストまた受けれるから受けておいて、今度暇な時とか、サブクエストのモンスターがいる近くに行く用事がある時 についでにやっておくかー見たいにできると思う。
   Make repeatable sub-quests - right now sub-quests can only be done once right? While playing leve on the days end when coming back to city can re-take these repeatable sub-quests and next time when I pass near by I can do it if I want to for some exp reward.

   前 にも書いたが、チケットシステムで99個ためられるのはすごくうれしいんだけど、毎回リーヴ終わったら町に戻って受けなおすシステムだと、行ったり来たり めんどくさすぎる。　カンパニーリーヴを同じパッチで出してきて、そっちは上手く出来てるんだから、ギルドリーヴも出来るだろうと思う。
   Just like Company Leve be able to take Guild Leve at the Aetheryte.
   Wrote this one before but having 99 ticket system is nice but after completing the leve having to go back to town to retake and come back is just time consuming. You released company leve at the same patch which did very well on this part so I think you can do same for Guild Leve.

3. ギルドリーヴでソロの場合報酬に経験値ボーナスが付く　- ここで考えられる問題、ソロでリーヴを受けてからPTに入る・人を入れる、PLはしょうがねーとして、ソロのプレイヤーがPTを作る、入ろうとした場合に 注意が出てPTに参加・人入れたらボーナスが付かなくなる。　要するにリーヴ中にトークン報酬の場合クラスを変更したらダメ！ってやつと同じような感じ で。
   Add bonus for guild leve when completed solo. Problem that may arise with this one; when you start the leve solo but joining party after or inviting someone later to complete the leve so have a warning when you try to join a party, or when inviting showing that if you join/invite you will lose this solo exp bonus. Similar system to what they already have the for the guild token reward for guild leve, when you change class you lose the reward, same stuff.

4. クラスギルドのクエの報酬に経験値を入れる、今はまだトークンだけだべ？　サブクエスト・メインストーリー同様にクラスクエも入れてもええと思う。
   Have class guild quests rewards with EXP. I think they only reward tokens still right? Just like sub-quest/main story I think it's OK to have exp reward in class guild quest.

Oops, my bad, could not tell what you were referring to without any quotes. A reply with quote would have been more clear on what you meant. I use it all the time to clarify things.

YoshiP - Regarding the re-arrangement of actions planned for 1.20; In his Producer Letter he said that he will make it so their will be a poll to check from players to get feedback before making some changes before 1.20 and said it will be done right after 1.19 patch was released and there was no poll yet and almost a month passed by so the players were asking whats going on? As we know YoshiP's been traveling around the world after the 2.0 announcement he posted from Paris saying please give us one more week for this one. Nope, the book store decided to stop importing Connect!On so only thing I get here where I live in Cali is regular Famitsu which doesn't talk about FFXIV.
