+Healing Potency materia on weapon = no extra healing?

Hehe, I suppose I should have included that info in the OP as well. For the sake of consistency, none of us were using any buffs (or debuffs), we both had a 1h wand, and we both healed the same target. Also, my mind is (oddly enough) slightly higher than his.

I'm going to try some more tests today by giving him my wand, and trying out his hat. This should show me if my hunch is true, and there's some issue with +Healing Potency materia on weapons atm.

Also make sure that traits that affect healing potency, such as Prime Conditioning + Seasoned Veteran are accounted for.
