    They gave me a DHL tracking link in the SE email that also said that it's been dispatched. I didn't get a link from the store site, but directly in the email.

    Sadly I got 4 emails from them

    First one : order validation

    Second one: order confirmation

    Third one : they letting me know money is gonna be debited on the 29th

    4th one : thank you for your purchase. Your order is complete (they've taken the money)

    In any of those email I got anything related to DHL at all or tracking.

    Could a mod be bothered to answer please thanks

    They will probably tell you to write a ticket to the support. Don't think a mod here has anything to do with the orders from the online shop.

    If you write a ticket good luck with that. I don't see you getting an answer in a fashionable time and if... The answer will probably be useless

    It should be in the email that says it's been shipped. If it's shipping from nearby, they likely just haven't sent it yet, since they don't want to risk anyone getting it before next Tuesday. There's still a week left until launch, so only the ones that are shipping a really long distance would have already been sent out.

    When should those of us who haven't received the email confirming the box has shipped expect it? I don't like seeming overly paranoid, but I hate when I haven't gotten any word since they sent me the pre-order code and it's a week from launching.

    So it seems that I have the same issue than the posters above.

    Purchased the PS4 physical edition from the french SE Shop (collector + pre-order, the 199e euro one).

    It has been paid like ten days ago.

    The website shows "paid - preparing order" on the order status; that is, since I made the payment (like 2nd of June or something).

    I'm getting kind of worried now. It's still not sent on the 14th, and I'm probably not going to have it when the servers will be up.

    I already registered the preorder code on the Mog Station so I guess that I'm "bound" to this copy of the game. I dont know what to do if they don't send me the disc in time.

    Any help or advice would be appreciated!

    Tldr; PS4 physical versions still not sent by SE Boutique in France, however already paid and so on.

    When the servers will be up? The servers aren't going down for launch, only for early access. Ideally, you should get it next Tuesday, the 20th, or at least some time between the 20th and 23rd. I'm not sure how long before that they'd allow for shipping time, though. Does shipping tend to take more than a week in your part of the world?

    You are not "bound" to that version. What you entered was the early access code which only gives you access to Stormblood from the 16th to the 23rd. At the 23rd you need to enter the real game code delievered with the CE Edition. If you enter THAT code you are bound to that version. So that's not really a problem. Problem is that SE seems to not be able to ship the games in time for some people.

    Mine doesn't even say that. As u can see in the picture I posted it still says "Validated" :/
