Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

I pre-ordered the regular edition for PC but I think I might buy the PC physical collectors edition sometime in the future so my question is the following:

Does the PC physical collector edition have two separate codes, one for the expansion and one for the collectors digital items? or is it only one code that grant the player both the expansion and the collectors digital items?

My concern is that it is one code so since I already registered my PC regular edition to my account that means I cannot register the collector PC edition code if its one code for registration and digital items. The restriction on the mogstation is that you cannot register two activation codes of the same platform (PC in this case) to the same account.

The digital upgrade does not solve my problem because if bought the collector edition I want the physical items and thus my only option is to buy the physical edition of the collectors edition.

The pre-order code is only for EA, they will send the actual SB key later on the 20th or when you get charged for your order.

I just cancelled my amazon.co.uk order 'cause it looks like they wont be sending them out until release date, despite an email I received to the contrary...

Have people received their codes from either game.co.uk or shopto.net, for example?

Shopto. I cancelled my order from Amazon after the last post I made here. The code was available straight away. I don't know what Amazon are playing at.

You can see the code under your order history(I think. Having trouble currently logging in to it to check exactly where it is). I didn't get an email with it. You have to agree that you can't refund if you click to see the code.

Preorder the expansion months ago. Was sent a new card from my bank forcing my non-expired card to be switched because of some chip in the new card. SE now charges me the day of maintenance and tells me the card does not match. Would been nice to charge my card at least a week ago or something with a little more heads up than 24hrs. Poor Customer support.

This is what happened to me. What's more, changing payment seems to be buggy and nonfunctional, and even trying to Debit Now via Paypal hasn't worked. Currently waiting on a response to a ticket... Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone.

I'm another of the Amazon customers who get shafted by this.

Still no code. I had contacted them 6 times since the mogstation started accepting codes and no one has been able to give me my code.
Each time they say a different date or tell me to read the website with them. I proceed to tell them early access starts at 10am and they just dont get it.

Welp I had to cancel my order. I hope that SE sees this so they can punish Amazon for losing them sales (and fans as now I wont be playing Stormblood).
