I've had this house for over three years now and it's the most important thing in this game for me. Or else I would have bought it with an alt until I had another one.

I don't think you'd be without a house for 90 days. It's a new server, I could bet it will take at least a month for all the plots to be taken. You for sure could find one before that happens.

it all depends on how much interes there is for that server though, if many people go there to get a house they might just sell out quickly. I still vividly remember buying a house at 3.3, where i logged in immediately and only got the worst house in the entire mist after rushing there and being chased by a guy heading to the last few plots, just as i was. Housing is a sacred good in this game.

Yeah but its out on a Friday when most people are working. Fortunately I've got the day off but its over 2.1k plots across the three areas, excluding the new area. That's a 'lot' of plots so unless you're super picky, you should have a bucket list in your fave area and just grab it. I suspect a lot will be gone by the end of the day perhaps though?

I just hope they don't all end up being private plots. I already have a plan for leveling my fc up quickly there but not all of my 3 friends i wanted to transfer & found that with have the time to play right then... I hope i can grab a bunch of randos off the street to get that done >.<
And I'm not sure how many other people are planning to powerlevel an fc.. those should still have housing priority, as much as i too would like to have a private home :/

It opens with early access, as per the announcement. As for server transfers, those will be made available two hours after early access begins.
