I was going to move then realized I would lose my 4 airships. 3mill gil doesn't come close to compensating for those. So I'll be staying on Ragnarok.

I'm sure it's futile to hope... but this would be the best time for SE to designate Balmung with some sort of RP flag. With the massive overcrowding situation Balmung is facing, I think it's pretty clear that the server could stand on its own with just the bulk of the RP community and all of the people who aren't against RPers. The biggest hesitation from the sounds of it is that the dev team doesn't want to alienate everyone already on Balmung by labeling the server RP. But right now they have a huge free transfer incentive so it wouldn't be a huge problem anymore.

This 100% and Balmung is a legacy server many people don't want to be forced to transfer because a vocal minority decided that the server was going to be used for RP if anything they should create a new world and label it RP and allow transfers but I would guess most wouldn't transfer because they like the community of Balmung...

And yet it seems its always a Rper that is pushing this agenda onto a Legacy server When all the Rp community really needs is a Quicksands only server

On live letter they seemed to be leaning heavily towards not "officially" designating any server as RP anytime soon. Seems they do not want "conflicts" between RP er and non RP ers, ie RP ers trying to tell non-RPers to get off their server if hey wont RP etc. So doesn't seem likely to happen.
