PSA: Stormblood Pre Order through PSN store

First off everyone there is a bug on sony's side of things and are currently working on fixing it. Second if you ordered through the psn store you wont get any codes everything is handled on sony's side of things and all you'll have to do is update your client and play.

PSN, I bought the CE. Right now it's showing I have SB, but not the CE. Ie: PSN will allow me to purchase (again) the CE, but I can't for the SE as it's showing as purchased. The difference is not back on my wallet.

But if I go look in my Service list, it says CE, and CE pre-order.

I'm going to trust I'll get my download on time and will be able to access it on Friday.

Im in NA, and i found the timer when I checked for the theme. It says 2 days 8 hours. I think its just a temporary issue.

It will start downloading for PSN on Thursday (15th) right? I have that day off and XIV down for maintenance that day anyways so if it doesn't do it then I will just contact them then. Although I did not pre-order from PSN and did physical copy from best buy I did get pre-order code that gave me a PSN code that I entered into PSN and under my service list is says

on my service list it just says

not even the collectors edition i didnt even get the avatar with it x-x

Sorry I'm kind of a noob at all this PS4 stuff. Where are you going to look at the theme? I can't seem to find it in my downloads. Anyone got step by step instructions to get to it? Thanks in advance for any info.


Edit: Nevermind I found it. I'm stupid. It's under themes. My theme for SB still has a timer counting down on it as well so hopefully the game will download at the same time. I went ahead and pre ordered for pc too just in case, plus will be nice to have it on both systems. As of now timer is at 2 days 6 hours.

Settings > Themes > Select Theme

From all the posts in this thread, it seems to just be NA players who are having this problem, so it is probably just the PlayStation Store acting up.
To double check that you have purchased Stormblood and don't need to buy it again, on your computer or PS4 Browser, go to the Playstation store website and then sign in. Once done, double check on both the Purchase History and Download Queue tabs and you should see Stormblood Pre-Order on both. It'll only show the amount of days until the early download under the download tab.

Ok so I have checked I have the countdown but I don't have the avatar or the theme and in my other post it does say stormblood but not collectors editions nor early accsess this is the first time I gone digital only for something like this and oh gods above I wish I went physical now
