Can we get some sort of content gate for level 70 content?

How would this benefit everyone as a whole? You can't force players to be great they'll just do it they need to to get what they want as it were and then just fall back into the same routine.

Not asking people to be great, we are asking to haves some kind of check filter so some people are not stuck with people so sub par where I might want to kick them, but people refuse the kick because "it is only xxx" if there is any kind of dps check you will not be able clear it with these type of people. I seen someone say "that was a dick move" for kicking out a healer for letting the tank repeatedly die because all slots was level 20 or under NQs letting the tank dye repeatedly in stone vigil from the heals being way too weak. (Was also repeatedly warned and try get them to try deal with spaming healing more) Some people expect you to accept sub par play no matter how bad it is.
