And even LB3 is only used when things went seriously south. Similarly, tank LB is only used when the encounter says:"Raid wide damage that guarantees wipe without tank LB incoming".

Since LB is a group resource, it pretty much falls under the DPS meta, which means tank and heal LB should never be used unless you absolutely need it and otherwise you just pick the one that does the most damage - Ranged for AoE, Melee for Single-Target.

Be nice of the tank ones maybe had some enmity attached to them. Like a pretty huge enmity boost varying according to level. Or maybe had a raid wide convalescance style effect.. i dunno
