Hopefully fenrir is going to be a primal in the end ;D though he was a regular boss at the end of a story dungeon.. which makes it less likely.

Or we could get a primal based on the Not-Okami wolf mounts that will be dropping off the new savage mode primals.

Although thinking about it more, they're in garlean uniforms and as we know garleans do not like gods/primals. The new beast tribe could end up not having a deity they worship or there is a group of them that are free that do.

Garlean uniforms with Doman weapons. Might be beastmen that were forcibly assimilated by the Imperials.
