Range 0 = self only =p It's the same PoM as ever.

Target-able PoM would be amazing though. Make PoM and Thin Air target-able. How's that for utility?

no. i refuse. Thin Air is our only new Toy. i'm not giving that away when i can use it for DPS to kill stuff since all we can do is kill stuff and hope we help kill it before it kills the tank and group.

I would only share if they let me share with the whole class. That would be amazingly broken though.
