SCH 4.0 ability mp costs

SCH have access to both Lucid Dream and Aetherflow for mp regen. Their skills in 4.0 are comparatively 5-15% more expensive than they are now.
This will likely mean that SCH will have enough mp at all times but will budget mp. That is, SCH will decide whether or not Adloquium is worth using compared to waiting for Lustrate to come off cool-down. This is similar to WHM choosing between Cure 2 and Tetragrammaton.

Adlo: 1060-->1800 Succor: 1326-->2280 Broil/2: 530-->960
That looks closer to double, not 5-15%.
