Ironically, the only real (IMHO) good thing that WHM got was Thin Air which will likely be used for holy spam so good luck with that dps meta dying in a fire.

It doesn't really change the core problem with how Healer CDs are planned to match boss mechanics. That means randomly lowering the cooldown doesn't really do anything since you'll still have to match the timing with the boss rotation, and you can't count on a lower timer because it's behind RNG. It's just a really, really bad idea as it stands.

This. You need burst healing when you need burst healing, not when RNG decides to give you that capability.

exactly. WHM will still be the DPS dungeon master race from the looks of it. And I mean, really. Why would I even bother with the lilies?

I'll ignore them completely and if I happen to get any, Ill see it as a bonus. If I can do all sorts of content now with the cooldown timers as they are now...why would I need to fish for a lowered cooldown in the first place?
Theres no worthwhile incentive for this "utility".
