That is *not* what is being said. What *IS* being said is "You do not have enough experience in high level current content to make an informed statement on whether or not healers have downtime in said content." That's it.
Waves to the thread
About your so called downtime from spamming Regen and Medica II
I told you so.
Now look at all the threads complaining about being forced to play WHM like it was designed in the first place.
Then tell SE to step it up in mainstream non savage/ex content.I keep seeing so many posts on the tank forums, healer forums, and general page about how tanks are not 'stance dancing' enough and their dps is low. Also how healers who don't also 'stance dance' and dps enough should/will be kicked. This huge focus on personal dps for every single role in the game is discouraging, and I understand it is due, mainly, to how much everyone overgears everything now. But the mentality will stick, and be detrimental to the game.
If I go into a BRAND NEW 4man dungeon and find myself DPSing 80% of the time because mobs hit like wet noodles that have been chopped in half for safety...
what else is there to do but fuss about "how much boom I can do"?
I will still use Regen /MedII like I do today. Lilies aren't worth that much.

Only thing you're telling us is how wrong you really are.
(This game has more than one healer FYI, which is why WHM is being called garbage for adhering to awful design)
You know WHM is bad when we are linking Skyrior threads.
I just don't get it... You have people in this thread trying to help you improve as a healer. I see so many healers complain about "healing is too intimidating, what if I mess up", and you are actively ignoring the advice of people who want to see you improve, and would be willing to take the time to educate you on how you abilities work together.
This isn't even an argument about healer DPS, this is an argument about your HEALING abilities. At this point you are either a troll or incredibly dense, and I hope for everyone's sake that it is the former.
Give him some credit, this one actually has facts and numbers rather than controversy and hyperbole

Oh that is what I meant... it wasn't meant as a dig, it really meant "WHM are so bad even the forum troll can see it."
That too.
edit: I swore to myself I wasn't going to respond to this, but... oh well.....
I shouldn't be shocked, but really... THIS is what you took from it? You would gleefully watch the world burn as long as you got to say NA NA NA and stick your tongue out.
Don't you find this kind of telling? Everyone else got all these new toys they get to play with at will.... and you are going to effectively ignore your stuff.
Also, for what it is worth... I main SCH so this is not WHM salt. I just feel bad for my WHM brothers and sisters.
