On the topic of the whm lilies...

It seems to me there's a bit of a disconnect with how the devs want white mage to be played, and how it's most efficiently been played...


Perhaps a good start would be to ask that lilies have a, most likely smaller, chance to proc a lilly when a hot ticks.

It doesn't really change the core problem with how Healer CDs are planned to match boss mechanics. That means randomly lowering the cooldown doesn't really do anything since you'll still have to match the timing with the boss rotation, and you can't count on a lower timer because it's behind RNG. It's just a really, really bad idea as it stands.
