Ahh, but we only have Rain of Blood available 1/3 of the time now, only when under Mage's Ballad. Looks like Wanderer's will proc a different kind of super Bloodletter, which is cool though.

I just hope I get to go back to the days of 2 or 3 Bloodletter procs during gcd, that's the feeling that always made BRD shine for me in 2.x, imo

Yeah, the procs only occur Mage's Ballad, however in Paeon you get increased damage with fast GCDs and auto attacks as you get Repertoire stacks so your DPS will still increase. Also, Empyreal arrow can be used twice during every song and forces a proc of either a stack, a Bloodletter reset or trigger Perfect Pitch in Minuet. All in all, BRD gets a LOT of DPS boost from these changes.
