I don't personally play bard but these changes look really good along with no cast times besides doing song stuff.
Glad bards are actually bards now.

Nerf to Foes is kinda sad.
Considering the cool stuff the casters got to raise their DPS, I dont feel all that sad in losing it. (Not that I was ever happy with it to begin with, it really didnt affect me, just the magic casters)
This is way more useful for the party overall. Especially for bigger pulls with lots of monsters.

Unless I'm reading wrong then Army should always be up? It sounds like that's the most beneficial song, if I'm understanding correctly it would be a 16% buff once it is stacked the 4 times? Unless River of Blood is no longer a trait, Mages only seems good for Bloodletter and Rain of Death? No idea what Pitch Perfect is, so Wanderers right now is in the dark. And is repertoire only for BRD and not party DPS, Army seems to be the skill to use. Or am I seeing it wrong?
Each Song is on a 30s timer, with an 80s CD. So the idea is to be constantly switching between them. One song runs out, start singing another. It runs out, sing the next. By the time it's done you can sing the first again.
Pitch Perfect meanwhile, if I'm understanding the write-up on Gamerescape right, is built up in stacks to a max 3, then spent to use a new OGCD attack.
30 second duration 80 second recast time -- you have to rotate through all of the songs and you can't just focus on playing one all the time.Unless I'm reading wrong then Army should always be up? Nah, we'll rotate through songs now. They are instant casts and last a set period of time. With the exception of Foe's Requiem (which I noticed chews through MP like the THM guild brothers chew through ethers).Unless I'm reading wrong then Army should always be up? Mr. Happy's video also clears up a good amount of confusion, so Ive added it in my OP.

Thanks for the clear up, it seems like we will have to find out which song should go first and go from there. I'm a little curious as to what happened with River of Blood though, is it reworked or gone?
It's built into the songs as the additional effect. It just does something different depending on the song.
Mage's Ballad is the original River of Blood. The other two have something different.
I'm guessing it functions with Windbite and Venomous Bite before you get the upgraded versions. The screenshots are at lvl70. (Windbite and Venomous bite are replaced later on with Stormbite and Caustic Bite).
