True. I can see why they dropped some of the buffs potency for things like Raging Strikes though. Since each song gives the same 2% crit rate bonus and it seems like we selectively rotate through those songs for the other effects, we can keep that 2% crit up for quite a while.

The increase of maximum HP isn't even actually a heal, so even in that case the name is still wildly inaccurate.
Seriously, when you overhaul a skill to the point its name no longer even makes any sense, it ought to be changed.
Mage's Ballad: Increases maximum *HP* by 15%
You only just compounded the WTF factor. Again, why not just change Cure into a DoT at this point while leaving the name the same?
