I'd have had instances never get past the first floor if they disabled vote dismiss. Why do people enter then instantly perma-afk without a word?

I dismissed one guy because he pulled all the groups from the rooms to us and did no damage at all. Had one ignorant person in group who had no clue there was one person who was never doing damage ><, why do people insist on pulling leeches through content?!
