    Although FFXIV is an MMO, some of this is a bit relate-able. I'm also not saying 4.0 means there will be no skill (you're reading too much into it if you think I am).

    Yeah, the video applies to mainly player vs player focused games and competition (though FFXIV does have PvP, it's pretty laughable) but has a few good points too especially about luck/rng
