I'm pretty excited to check out the new battle system. I'm glad that WHM in now a pure healer! I main a WHM for it's pure healing. I like that now spells like Stone I, II, III, IV are all on one icon and change depending on your level. Cleric stance is the only thing I'm iffy on but I'm not going to make a final judgment until I actually use it in battle. I do know one thing for sure.... I am one SUPER excited WHM, for early access!! Let the healing commence

I am more concerned what was sacrificed for giving back our mobility.

Also I am liking the new MCH as it is getting a lot of technology theme skills over gun skills.

The new Job unique energy system will require getting use to because it seems the strongest skills require those Unique energy.

MCH enegery seems to function as a Heat system it requires maintaining low heat so they do not over heat. We can also see the ammo is being redesigned to allow access to better skills.

PLD looks great but I am still not sure about WHM. I am concerned we are going to end up with the same issues with had with healer balance in HW since they seem to be on the road to making the same mistake. If AST is supposed to be able to main heal it needs to be able to heal enough for the role which makes WHM pure heals somewhat less valuable since much of those heals will be excess for the required amount needed. If that is the case, either AST is going to be underpowered or its going to come down to wether WHM brings anything extra to the table on par with AST's buffs and if a barrier is all we have then I am not convinced its going to fly.
