Actually you can. My friend got banned from the game for 1 day, because he joked about someone in open chat and his friend clearly didn't know it was a joke, so they reported him and he got it. He never even touched the game for months haha. Oh well..

actually enjoy the actual comunity of the game, compared to wow and others this is the heaven and i dont want this heaven turns in a elitist hell.

Wow, yeah.... I find it so weird some GM's have different policy but yeah he did talk about someone who didn't play the game for months, then the guys friend he talked about it, saw it in chat and reported. In fact the GM even said what he was getting banned for and it was excactly about what I talked about. Oh well, I',m glad you report for others, but If I was you I would report on your behalf and then explain it's offensive what that person is doing.

and i dont talking about the extreme of going to do a god mode with you class, more about the cases we all hear of players being kicked for dont archive the expectations of certain players in a dungeon her first try, farming is another thing and im not opose to kick really bad players bcs are party finder with players requeriments, im talking about duty finder stuff.
parser go to traslate the high skill and not friendly players actitudes and requeriments on duty finder and dungeons where is land for everyone and where yoshi try to keep intact, and i remember you is not necesary for any actual conten.

and you say the best mentors are the ones how remind silent, he... complety disagree, the best mentors are the ones how are not afraid to recive a bad response and do they job, what the player do is another thing and is in his hands, if you are afraid to recive a bad response for any reason then meaby the sensitive its you, i never stop to give advice to every player i find is performing poorly, and meaby i lucky but i never get a bad answer for anyone in my 4 years i been playing this game, meaby you need find a better way to aproatch to the players and dont get botered about the response, if you stop trying it you can come here and complaing about poorly players with bad actitudes bcs this never go to change if we abandon.

Mentors comes in so many different ways. The best ones I've seen stopped helping in public. The same reason I mentioned, people will be more toxic when there is no parser.

You mention people getting kicked from duty finder. On their first try. Have you read the threads on these forums? Many mentors doesn't even stay when it's a low level roulette on their mentor roulette, there is many ''mentors'' who kick people for being new too, so there goes the mentors are great people. I'm not saying all of them are bad, but they exist, in a larger amount than it should be. People get kicked for everything in dungeons these days and do they have a parser? Hell no. If a BRD who is lvl 60 in a expert roulette or a smn doing 1.2k dps and a whm lets say does 1.5k, can you explain to me why the smn is this low? I mean I've been through dungeons where dps is insanely low and I never kick them but I rather stay and help them out. I've gotten good feedbacks but most of the time sadly bad ones. The bad ones usually have an attitude and I kick them, why? They harrasing me so why not?

It's not, it's actually funny how awkward offended they get when I tell them how certain things works and how they should do things if I see something wrong. They get so over sensetive they think I'm offending me, that's the issue and it's funny because you mention people might be too senstive about it. The whole thread is a parser and most are againt's it because they are sensetive about it..

If 8 out of 10 players gets ''offended'' by a smile and some advice, does it motivate me? Or others? Not really. They need to fix their own attitude. A parser would tell them and we don't have to, like I've mentioned already. As long the info is right in front of them, they need to understand that what they been doing is wrong the entire time and some people ACTUALLY try to help out.

I don't understand why people are making a big deal out of this, its simple if you don't want to see your numbers or know how you are doing then don't use a parser it shouldn't affect you unless you know that you are underperforming and don't want someone to point it out for you and if thats the case adding a parser in game for personal use won't change anything because PC players can parse you even if you don't know. We all need a parser like it or not and if you like depending on others some of us don't thats why we are asking for a parser, all the guides you see online were made after a lot of testing with a parser.

I don't think that's the only reason for Yoshi-P not wanting parsing. I think the koike incident just had a really really big impact on him.

Also if you look down far enough, you'll notice I actually argued for in-game parsers, because I think it's useful for improving oneself. But Yoshi-P doesn't agree that the benefits outweigh the downsides. Also at the time I wasn't that aware of the toxicity, but now I'm more aware so I sort of agree that it can make the game more toxic and Yoshi-P doesn't want that, even if they can be reported.

At the beginning of ARR they said they were going to add it so we should keep talking about it until they listen to us.

The thing is we are paying them money so they don't get to say no unless they want to lose customers..

Just cause you pay a sub doesn't mean you have controlling interest in the company or game development. Customers come and go all the time for any number of reasons, and I doubt going to get a mass loss of customers over not having a parser added to the game. So I think they will survive with some lost customers over not having a in game parser.
