Then the problem shouldn't be their location, you'd be bad regardless of where they are if the in country network is wobbly.

Anyone who knows, what address I should ping to get comparison for EU servers?

I consistently had less than 70 ping to the previous servers.

A significant issue is the routing circus in the United States.
