Can someone explain what double weave etc means?
Using 2 Off Global Cooldown (OGCD) abilities between 2 Global Cooldown (GCD). For example, as a Dragoon you do: Heavy Thrust (Triggers a GCD) and then Blood for Blood (OGCD) and Battle Litany (OGCD) and then you use Impulse Drive (GCD).

Oh right, yeah that can be a challenge at times.
Oh this is rich, I'm clipping even doing Fuma Shurikens now (with only 508 skill speed). Thanks, SE. Great game.

Maybe the better option was getting a center for east/west...
Hah, I wish it was 120-150. My new latency in the Netherlands is 210 without a vpn and 184 with
I love the move. Dropped 60ms off my ping from the West Coast of Australia, and it's now down to 230ms
I wonder where all the people who were complaining about the routing on the east coast of the US before went? Maybe they're too busy playing the game now.

biggest upgrade for me personally is still the 0% loss, overall gameplay itself is the same for me, will see if double weaving got easier for me later on though. (should get less stalls and hangs too hopefully, my packet loss could avg at 20% at times, was pretty bad. ping in itself is only about 10 ish less)
"logically" South America should see an improvement on Ping rates.. sadly my best friend in Peru went from 180 to 220-250+
I think SE should consider adding a server in south America because there is enough fan base there to cover the cost.

If the SA fanbase wasn't big enough for them to be considered when SE decided on the new location, I doubt it's big enough to warrant its own datacenter.
