They haven't mentioned prices yet. I'm expecting to pay full price then go to the caretaker to get a refund for your old plot that your relinquished at 80% of value.

The way they mentioned the prices being the same as they are now, we'll be paying full price for the new plots. I wouldn't expect to get anything back for the loss of the old plot though. The intention of the 80% return is to give you a bit back if the system takes your house on its own. If you relinquish or move, that was a choice you made.

My biggest wish is simply this:

Real windows, and/or balconies.

(We should be able to see whereabouts our housing is situated, even if not its players. Needless to say, bigger windows would then also be called for.)

My main desire?

More aquarium fish selections! I've seen some awesome looking fish while I've been leveling FSH. I truly hope they add some more variety, especially for salt water tanks. Also, no betta available for freshwater? Lawd.

It really isn't that much gil for people who play a lot, I think housing is meant to be a gil sink. I will be VERY surprised if we get even a fraction of our gil back from the moving feature.

Please, for the love of all that's holy let us preview items before making/buying/placing them. I spent a few hours gathering the materials for what I thought was going to be a good looking Glade fence, only to find out it's hideous after I made and placed it.

I really wish we'll be able to keep our crafted house skins when moving, but there's a part of me that knows it's highly unlikely.

Things I'd like to have would be more small detail items and varieties on what we have.... the ability to add rooms onto private houses for a fee... the option to let residents of private homes (including the house owner) purchase rooms..

It would be nice if we could dye the static elements of interiors. For example being able to dye pillars, wall paneling and staircases.

This would really mitigate the issue of certain furnishings simply not working well with some interiors. I know that asking for different models or complete texture changes would be too much, but a simple palette change shouldn't be difficult to introduce.

Mannequin's so we can display sets of gear already! That and plaques that we can mount weapons too ^o^!
