You are saying this, similar to what the OP is saying, but we have no proof of the words exchanged between said parties. No one can some up with a chat log to defend their position it seems.

IDK why people are still going on about this proof thing when the intention of this post was simply for peoples input on whats actually justifiable and not based on the TERMS OF SERVICE....you know the RULES of the game. This post is not about proof or sides or getting people on my side. So stop trying to make this about taking sides or seeing proof when that isn't even something that matters to me. It doesn't matter who started what. Breaking the rules is breaking the rules and whether both sides did wrong or just one side did wrong. Doing wrong is still not excusable and should have consequences either way. Because the rules dictate such. The rules are not a debatable thing, they are there and worded clearly so people know what and what not to do in the game. If you break them you get punished. Simple as that.
