I won't be going anywhere because they won't do this in our game lol. Oh and I have my 7.99/6 month sub (or 9.99 a month) and free alts :3 but I do love my mount and the lore behind it is touching.

The only reason I would say this is ok is from being standalone, meaning they can't mingle with us ever if I understand correctly. So that and the fact they did not have 1.0 why does it matter that point?

It's funny because a lot of people didn't play 1.0 because of legacy players and the scathing reviews about how bad the game was. I know I was about ready to hop on board until I started reading up. The legacy rewards were a pretty good hook to move what subscriber base they had into the launch of ARR. Now that they have steady subscription base going, marketing is going to be looking at everything they can to get money out of their current customers.

You did if you played it...Hermes shoes I think it was lol. But no, Yoshida has clearly stated that without subbing in 1.0 days (When they put the sub back on) they had to do it or else they would not have the funds to continue. Also after 2.0 launch if you watch one of the videos with Yoshida..he says how he did not expect the game to continue if it was not for the 1.0 players and how shocked he was. SE was almost bankrupt and in a hole. So...you know, you could read a bit more into it before posting something snarky. <3
