No. I'm starting see party finder groups with things like "have at least purple rank on FFlogs". The DPS obsession is going too far. It is better cut off this from root and block any kind of parser. This is becoming insane. FFlogs is not a official shit. Stop comparing everyone with that garbage web.

If you can tell someone is just spamming Ruin II you can talk to them or remove them right? I mean, if you're able to notice that without a parser then you don't need one. That's the thing. lol

Plus this kind of situation is so rare honestly that I don't see the benefit. :/

That's right, I can 'see' it these days when I run dungeons and certain raids when they don't pull up the full potential of their class. I guess that comes with leveling every job to 60.
However, I shouldn't need to be on the constant lookout for those who think to get a quick carry done, especially when its new content and my focus is on the fights. That's where a meter would definitely be helpful (for me).

And believe me, it happens more than enough that I take notice of this. When you don't nip this attitude in the bud, it will become a serious problem you have to deal with in the upcoming expansion.

I don't see the problem with this - People want to clear it on a high level of performance from the players and this is totally fine. It's the same like saying "High DPS/Skip Soar/No bonus", just that they will be able to validate your performance by the meters to see if you're who you tell them to be.

If you don't think you can manage to get on that level they are requiring from you, you can simply look for another party. No grey hair lost on them, right?

The problem is word "starting". When something "starts" some day will become norm. As the speedruns becomes norm in dungeons, or the skip CS in main scenario dungeons or the "skip soar" shit. People can adopt this as norm, turning the community in a entitled bullshit, to the point of parse on dungeons and kick people for not being in the top tier DPS in a fucking leveling casual dungeon. People it is like this, and already probed a lot of times. (the skip soar shit is one of the probes)

This behavior will cause the exclusion of players, dividing community in tiers. Instead of being a game for everyone as is intended.

Today was one party, tomorrow will be two. Next day will be three, and in the end, will be the norm. And this is the problem. It is not a isolated thing. This will grow.

Also, you're using a unofficial tool, that thins shouldn't even been allowed.

I still disagree with you then. I think you feel it as a much bigger problem then I do.
I think leveling every class to 60 is an option that people have. Some people have more time in their hands to do that then others, you can't use this in an argument and think it justifies you being grumpy about having people that don't put effort every now and then. And believe me, I know it doesn't happen as often as you say it does. You get upset more easily than other people do about it.

Regardless of this, they are most likely to not add this feature because the community doesn't agree at all. We have a very split opinion on this as you can see by this thread thus it will harm either way. Might as well not have it.
