Preordered Final Fantasy XII: Zodiac Age and got the code instantly.

I pre-ordered Stormblood for this promotion and I got the promo items code in my email instantly.- If you get a code from a pre-order, e.g. Stormblood, you won't get the code until the game actually ships/releases (e.g. for Stormblood, 20th of June)
- If you don't use the code (that you get from Amazon) until the end of this year, they won't work anymore.
- The actual item codes (that you get when you put in the code from Amazon into the website) don't expire.
So...why is it we never get anything nice for European SE accounts???

I really hate region-locked stuff, since I am from NZ, I can't get the cloud :/ Because NZ is EU apparently.

Hopefully EU does get something. Last time we had an Amazon event didn't EU have to do that magazine subscription? If so hopefully something you guys would actually prefer. Recall a lot of complaining about that.

Unfortunately I am in the same boat, except that the rep I chatted with told me that they hadn't yet received any promotional codes from the developer. Looks like a case of the left and right hands not knowing what the other is doing....

It pretty much is. 2nd time around I just emailed them about it and got back an email with the code from support. To be perfectly honest, they are right though. Amazon had a thing up that said: Codes will be emailed 48 hours after purchase. However, when it something like a time card that not even refundable, why make people wait? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ah well, in any case you can try and contact support again and see if they'll give you one or wait 48 hours from the time you made the purchase and if you don't get it by then, raise all hell!
