Since FF14 players at the moment, play either on PS or PC you wouldn't even be able to talk to everyone, cause there is no discord, ts or any other voice chat on PS4, except their own PS party. There isn't an game with ingame cross play voice chat aswell. Consoles are more open than in the past, but these are still closed system after all. Some stuff is allowed, others is not.
