As a healer, is it my job to DPS? A new perspective.

It doesnt work because Im a main healer and and I ve xperienced it so I know it does. Denying it doesnt force it to not be there.

I can guarantee that I've healed a *LOT* more savage/extreme groups than you. I've been removed from an end game content group ONCE since 3.0 was released. i'm also 30-60 percentile DPS at best. If you're frequently having issues with groups then mayhap all the time you spend here going round in circles would be better off invested in working on your standard of play?

Sebazy no one has suggested you havent done, more , healed more know more._. Your probably a great player too .Probably better than me. That isnt the issue. I was removed once for not knowing how to dps as scholar. From a static. But Ive seen it happen to others and know the pressre Im under to do it. I know what its like to try to learn a fight while trying to learn dps healer at the same time. A10s to be exact and found it impossible. Imagine if you dont have much raid experience and youve onl ever healed then told you have to learn dps all at the same time. Sucks but I bet you knew how to dps heal b4 you went in savage. Who teaches it anyway?

I'm not sure how many times I have to state it before you listen:

If you are serious about improving your standard of play and thus having an easier more comfortable time of it. Record yourself playing. On PC with a Geforce card? Shadowplay is already installed and ready. Got AMD? Go get OBS, it's a bit trickier but the results will be worth it. Playing on PS4? Use the share function and upload to youtube as a private or unlisted video. There is no excuse beyond complacency or bone idleness.

hmm that actually wasnt a barb? And I still cant see where it was. I was saying it sucks for me. I really think sometimes chat can come across wrong way .
