I certainly wouldn't mind seeing marriage in XIV. I'd even vote for same sex marriage.

Being married in XI was alot of fun. The ceremony was very beautiful and we even had a honeymoon type of thing, but with our whole linkshell. I wore the ring til the day I quit XI, long after my husband did.

Do you know if they still have that feature in XI? I'd already sponsored two different people but I never actually saw the ceremony. :/

Oh I'm sure it's still there. It took a year before we actually got accepted for marriage but we got married in '04. Last I knew, ceremonies didn't have to be GM based and there was an NPC to talk to. I could be wrong, like I said in my first post, I quit (over a year ago).
