See that is kinda dumb, what if I hate playing a healer and I love playing lancer, though the group needs a healer. How in the world do I get my lance that I want!? See pretty dumb. Right assumption is right.

That's just the way the cookie crumbles. If you HATE playing healer, then you probably won't have your healer levelled appropriately, or have gear for it, or know how to play it effectively, and, well, you wouldn't be in that situation to begin with.

Tell that to all the people who used to enjoy playing a healer and grew tired of it, and Vica versa. Why be punished for having something leveled and/or going as that class to better fit the situation, should not the rewards be "Rewarding" for you regardless of what class you went in as?
