Glamour System Projection/Skin-System

Hello,

it would be awesome if the skin-system would be revised. My inventory is mostly full and this just because glamour, i dont want throw stuff away.

I think a glamour system like in GuildWars 2 or Trove etc. would be great.

You've got an item, and then you unlock the skin from this item, then you can throw it away and you can use it everytime you want. If this needs to much space, then they can introduce an NPC or something like the blackboard to use the skins.

I agree with this, especially since Yoshida has mentioned their glamour UI is pretty low on their list of priorities, but it's obviously the #1 requested UI change.

MANY many many threads on this friend. We all want it, Yoshi has acknowledged we want it. Unfortunately it isn't high on their priority list, but we're trying to make it high in the list :'D

I still can't understand why is it that low on their priority list. I mean:
- Diadem that no one cares about? Top priority, let's mess it up even more
- Glamour log everyone want and need? Bah, who cares?

Popped up a lot before, like the idea of collecting things into a log and the decluttering of my inventory - so of course I support it.

However, one thing I haven't added before is that even WoW has a glamour log now, I know we refrence GW2 a lot but I wasn't sure if people knew the direct competitor is now offering it as well. Oh and it's account wide lol. They had a section for your purchased looks before, because blizzard account wides pretty much everything, but now they have pretty much what people are asking for here.

Minion, mount, achievement and glamour log, all account wide. I wish FFXIV would take example.

Worst part is, I heard in an interview, no source on hand atm but I think it was the Dualshocker one. Where Yoshi mentioned he wouldn't want players running old content for the glamour items... What the heck? Relic says Hi!

Edit: Wasn't the Dualshocker interview... I can't remember what one it was but I swear I heard it somewhere, and it just baffled me, first Diadem weapons being weaker then Anima, then right after saying we should trust him to balance WHM... Idek anymore. Has the dev team got any priorities straight?

That way they'll see how many different subscribers are desperate for them to make this glamour log happen. It would be such a big boost to inventory organisation.

This may sound very cynical, but i have a suspicion this is not high on their priority list, despite most competitors offering similar deals, because unlike games like WoW and Gw2 the only way we have to increase our bagslots given by the game is to rent it for real money.

The two aforementioned games have craftable bags and such therefore not creating an incentive to limit the players bag space. FFxiv on the other hand has no such feature. If a player run out of the already quite large bagspace, they have to either buy more or suck it up.

Mogstation purchased gear only takes away even more slots as it cant be put in armoire/be repurchased. (to my knowledge at least, i have not bought anything)
In stormblood they say they will increase bagslots. This will solve the issue temporarily. No matter what the game is, players will always find a way to run out.

That's like the most stupid sh*t I ever heard of. Not running old content for glamour? For what then? Except glamour old content are useless because they have no clue about how to make durable content. Yoshida is dasppointing me more everyday.
