Recordings don't do much, they aren't accepted as evidence, and only lead you to get in trouble instead since it falls under name shaming. Can't shame someone before they have their fair trial afterall.

The fact that SE won't accept them as evidence really frustrates me, outing them to the community sure, but they should at least see video evidence as grounds for an investigation.
