Some kind of cheating caught on recording

Hi Guys

First of all apologies if this has been posted in the wrong section, to be honest I can't find a section that makes it clear where to report this kind of thing but this morning shortly after logging on I caught a clear case of some kind of cheating on my recording software.

Now although the character I'm playing on is low level, I also have a level 60 and I know for a fact these moves cannot be pulled "legally". You will see 3 characters popping in and out, teleporting from one place and then back to the quest giver, then teleporting again to complete a quest which you can see him / them completing and teleporting back to the quest giver.

I'm not sure exactly when this kind of cheating started but I first saw it a few months back but unfortunately was not recording at the time, please find the link below and check the video - it's pretty obvious what's going on, people like this need to have their accounts banned.

**EDIT** No sooner did I log into game after posting this to see the exact same thing happening again in the same place with someone else, seems this kind of thing is now quite common here which is a shame.

Those are bots, they ummmmm do stuff like spam tells, just ignore them like SE does with them :P but really you can try reporting them not sure if that will work though

You'd want to send an RMT report with their names.
Recordings don't do much, they aren't accepted as evidence, and only lead you to get in trouble instead since it falls under name shaming. Can't shame someone before they have their fair trial afterall.

Yea those a bots, it pretty annoying to see but nothing really can do. Even if SE knocks them out more just pop up in their place.

That's fair enough, well since I don't take part in botting or any other kind of cheating nor do I have any interest in it I don't know what type of activity it involves other than the obvious selling of currency. I've just played this game for a long time over different periods but never noticed anything like this until recently and it seems to be quite a big problem these days from what I've seen in just 1 day. But if there's nothing they can do I guess I'll just have to stick my head in the sand, although to say videos aren't accepted as evidence is a little bit stupid (I'm not calling you stupid, I'm calling that rule stupid) given the fact it's probably the best type of evidence you can get other than server logs but hey ho.

I've taken the video down now just in case, comes to something when I'm the one who could be banned here xD

The fact that SE won't accept them as evidence really frustrates me, outing them to the community sure, but they should at least see video evidence as grounds for an investigation.

thing is video/screenshots can be doctored before submitting so that's why they don't accept them as evidence. The only thing they go off of is the logs.

Yeah I can understand that, however you can usually tell if it's doctored with music / voice not matching up or scenes being cut. I'd have to go to more trouble than I can be bothered to in order to doctor it and given the names of the characters which were as usual just random letters it speaks for itself, I'm just used to playing a certain game mod where videos are accepted as the only evidence I guess. I'll stick to just reporting it in-game from now on.
