I'm guessing it's the artist's preference since they posted it on their personal social media account rather than deliberately pitching it as a request and they clearly have a healthy appreciation of both female and male forms ;p

Nothing's stopping others from filling in the gaps, as it were. I'll refrain as I lack the creativity.

I think it's more appealing that the male version too, even as-is. The WHM 45-50 level range was a painful time in my memory and made me desperate for glamour. What a humiliating few days that was.
