    Let you change jobs in a dungeon when a tank leaves so you can complete it, like wow lets you do with specs, problem solved.

    Also Se tried this with ACN/SMN/SCH and the result all 3 are a mess, do not want a repeat.

    its a mess....
    SMN and SCH is not a "book" job, only ACN is, it is 1.0 mess they tried to keep but does not work for this game. Also SCH is really lacking in PvP, way too weak

    fun to play does not mean no balance issues exist.
