Healers that don't want to DPS are like DPSes who refuse to move out of AoEs.

Why should people be okay with mediocrity though its not just healers, DPS and Tanks are just as bad its just a terrible mentality to have to say we completed it so who cares if we spent an extra 10-15 minutes because half the party doesn't care enough to play properly.

except that isn't the case. I've had very fast runs with healers just healing. If you run takes 15-20min longer then YOU wanted, blame the dps. Tanks dps by default to tank, but no content was made with healer dps in mind. And it isn't playing mediocre, that would be healers letting tanks die, tanks not tanking, and dps eating aoes.

going above your role is welcomed, but shouldn't be expected or forced. Playing properly is tanks tanking, dps dpsing and healers healing. Going fast is just added bonus.

People like you kinda sound like elitist, and it does ruin the game for other, because of added stress. And making false claims to exasperate the situation doesn't help. And using insults makes you look immature.
