He's really not, most any tank is relatively easy to heal in more casual content if they employ even occasional CDs. If I'm remembering how my tank buddies meld gear, it's for the sake of DPS, not survivability.

That said, PIE DRK is an awful idea and you're not really getting the return out of the stats that you think you are. You are drastically gimping your performance. That said, you seem set in your ways (which is unfortunate). As long as you don't set foot in Savage, you'll probably get away with it; if I saw those stats in a Savage party though (even an EX party), man your ass would be out the door so fast. ._.;
