go to the jp forum, may learn something.
flooding the forums does nothing but make mods have more to read, consolidating to 1 thread helps them out in the long run.
The longest running thread the PvP section regarding the chat ban in the Feast, which was full of suggestions and wide-scale disapproval, was answered by a community rep 3 months and 40 pages later. . . only to ask for suggestions such as an "I need MP" quick chat feature.
Now, 5 months and almost 80 pages later, the thread is still going because after "forwarding your suggestions along to the devs", we have a game balance-breaking additional item, STILL have the chat restriction, and yet still no "I need MP" quick chat command.
You might be thinking "well that's PvP", but the bigger picture here is that, at this point, it's hard to believe anything is being read at all.
Reading and responding are two different things. Generally we won't get a response unless they have some type of solid answer to give. Yeah the Chat restriction is unpopular but the devs are still going to assess how to go forward and aren't going to respond until they make a decision. They brought the restriction in for a reason after all. Just reversing the situation just brings back the issue that lead them to implementing it in the first place.
