For the tank ability, as long as each Job keeps it's unique graphic when activating the ability, it's fine.

The Blm changes are awesome though, the Thunder change makes sense and Enochian should have been a passive from day 1, turning it in to a buff to maintain was utterly stupid, I'm glad the devs finally realized that fact. Big thumbs up to that.

I'm curious to what the maintenance debuffs/buffs changes will be. I'm hoping they standardize them, i.e. make dragon kick, Storm's Eye, Dancing Edge, etc. all apply a flat damage taken increased debuff. Then make things like Reprisal, Storm's Path, and Rage of Halone just apply a flat damage dealt debuff.
