Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you get a Goobue mount from doing the Sylph quests? I don't know about the legacy chocobo, but if the only difference on that one is armor (as near as I can tell), I'd be all for a way to earn that, as well as some other 1.0 items that are hard to get.

I think people aren't rallying for the Whisper mount because it looks like a glowing sperm car. The hellhound looks awesome.

PVP is bad because the system is broken and needs an overhaul. It is definitely not dying, thanks to GARO.
