I'm sorry but i really don't understand why you should care if you can't get a mount that other people have which you can't or don't have. If you didn't put the time or effort to get it that's ur fault really.

Everyone should not all have the same mounts if that happened there will be no individuality in this game. Some things should stay exclusive in my opinion. If you really want that time exclusive mount put the work in and get it.

Because my sub fee is being used to subsidise a fringe group of players, a lot of players in this game seem to want the rest of the player base to support there ego trip.

Your sub pays for a wide variety of content for different players, some like competitive play, some like raiding, some like housing, some like crafting, some like gathering, some like gold saucer and some even like messing around in zones with glams, hairstyles, emotes and the group cam feature. Not everyone will like all of these things (in fact I know very few that participate in them all regularly), so maybe get your head out of your rear end and realise that maybe its you that is having the ego trip.

And when 100 other people on your data center do the same and just happen to be born with a better skill endowment, that doesn't matter because you still go home empty-handed.

That's the fun of competition: "Anyone" can be a winner, but not "Everyone". Goes for real life as well - We only have so many resources on earth, so if the first world countries use the majority of those, the rest will have to make do with what's left and have a living standard to match. Not everyone can be rich, in order for rich people to exist others have to be poor. "Hard work" at best can increase your own share, but it can't increase the amount of resources - you have to take those from someone else.

We don't pay all the same sub. Some have a exclusive livetime discount ^^

I don't know about the legacy chocobo, but if the only difference on that one is armor (as near as I can tell), I'd be all for a way to earn that, as well as some other 1.0 items that are hard to get.

another armor, another feathers, a tattoo. Cost 3 months sub.



I think the only 1.0 "exclusive" items that the devs should bring back are the dated gears that every class can wear.
