    To be clear: saying you are selling a house is actually against the ToS as fraud as you cannot guarantee the purchase of the house. All you can guarantee is relinquishing it. If someone does report you, you actually have grounds against you for punishment. Just because other people jump off a bridge doesn't mean it's smart, or good for your health, to do it as well.

    Those pictures are quite old by now. But that's about where I stopped reading about these topics and moved on.

    I'm sure it has become official by now that you can't sell houses.
    I was just talking from what I knew, which might've been somewhat outdated.
    Back then if I remember it was OK to sell a house if you like moved server or something, for the same amount that you bought it.
