you have no "right" to be in an instance if others don't want you there. Why should we be forced to play with people who are lazy? That's entitlement right there. SE won't step in and people will continue to get kicked for lazy play. Good. Nothing will change. To the person calling people "knobs": and I feel it's nobbish to be lazy. I also feel apologising for those players to be nobbish. So we're equal. "my sub so you HAVE to put up with me!" - more entitlement.
