O.o.... Man, you would have to give up something REALLY powerful for these to not be OP builds that you would end up required to use.

As a side note, though... Do you know that Shield Swipe used to not be based off of blocking? It used to be an on-GCD skill that cost 60 TP. No one used it because it was a horrible DPS loss. They changed it to be what it is to make it MORE useful, which it is and you should be using it when it procs.

it would benefit pld offtanking if u can spec into shield swipe for it to remind a ogcd that don't need to work off of block proc.
and as for what ur giving up, remebmer u have limited set of point, u can give up on reduce CD for Hallow Ground, or Turn Shield Bash into OGCD ... stuff like that.

If I could do that as fast as I do gear sets with one or two clicks... that would be fine. I don't agree that a meta wouldn't arise but as long as it doesn't become an inconvenience, I'd be alright with that.
