Required Class/Rank failed - Can we have Optimal Rank and Favoured Class back?

So, obviously you won't see people running with level 50 armours while they are themselves rank 20 or 30.

But that's the problem. We DID see that. Level 30's in level 40+ Haubergeons, level 20's in Iron Cuirasses....*shudder*
