    Will the model of content change in 4.0?

    The best patch in the game was... 2.1. Why? 4 primals (3 ex), housing, new type of content- alliance raid (Crystal tower). Since 2.2 the model of content became boring and fully predictable
    --- every main patch we gain a new hardcore raid content
    --- every main patch we gain new tomestones
    "old" tomestones we use to buy some useless things or items for relic
    --- every patch we gain 2 new dungeons to farm tomestones via roulette ex
    --- every middle patch we gain new alliance raid
    and so on and so on and so on

    The content became fully predictable and it is not interesting and boring
    The content can be not CYCLED! It can be new almost every patch!

    Do you know what will be in 4.0? Let me turn ON the Nostradamus mode... aaaammmmmmmm... I see...I see the hunt, many players hunt. I see... underwater tribes and players do daily quests to raise the reputation and to get some useless thing and a tribe mount. I see new alliance raid... I see new hardcore raid... I see the same mechanics in the raids (teathers, stack to share or run away, prays and so on)

    Will the model of content change in 4.0 or it will be the same? Boring, predictable, without something new?

    You like not to have any surprises with each patch? You like the routine with roulette ex- to go there once per day to get tomestones? You like the routine with alliance raid- to go there once per week to get another coin? You like all this routine and predictableness with each patch? So sad for you

    So, gaining new content of he kinds already in the game, plus new content types, QoL updates, side quests, MSQ and the like, is a bad thing?

    Perhaps you would prefer more infrequent updates, or even no updates at all?

    You don't have to be sad for me. I actually enjoy the game. I'm still waiting on your big ideas to change it though. So let's see them. It's easy to criticize, but much harder to innovate.

    I want more unusual steps. For example, in 2.2 from Leviathan as a drop was not only the weapon, but a weapon upgrade too

    I want really new content, but not just the addition to the already existed. From patch to patch we get the same thing all the time. Just another alliance raid, just two simple dungeons for roulettes and so on and so forth. Where are hardcore 4-players dungeons with the real wipe mechanics? Where are the content for 2 raid groups, not for three?

    THE CONTENT CAN BE NOT CYCLED! No need to make another version of already existing content, just create something new!

    I don't think you know what you want. Your complaint reminds me of all the complaints that hard mode dungeons are nothing new and merely copies of the content we have, when in fact little more than the setting or location is the same. New kinds of content have been added as well, but your complaint appears to be the structure of the patch cycle. That's like complaining that the meal format in all restaurants is the same, appetizer, salad, main and desert, despite the kind of quisine being substantially different.

    If you want real wipe mechanics, use the minimum ILevel sync option.

    It's not so much that I'm sick of the cycle, I just wish there was MORE. Maybe un instanced duties & POTD/Diadam esque stuff that can help you gear up & get tomes without running the same 2 dungeons over 100 times until a new patch comes out to rinse & repeat.

    I seriously doubt SE is going to change up the content cycle. I'd be pleased if they did - I quit around Patch 2.4 out of boredom, and only recently returned to catch up through the Heavensward storyline - but I'm not expecting it. I fully expect to quit again shortly after the release of 4.1 if it appears to be mimicking the same structure followed by 2.x and 3.x.

    I also second the notion that the limited scope of the cycle is also a huge problem. Having such a rigid pattern is bad enough; when the rigid pattern involves relatively tiny amounts of content (oooh, two new dungeons; oooh, one new 24-person Raid), it makes things much worse.
