You have 45 days to build your house I put it in bold letters, directly from lodestone. Other then that I don't understand what you mean buy you only have a week to build your house? Cause there only one reclaim timer, I literally watched a plot sit empty with no house on it on balmung for a month one time. It was a plot I was watching before I ended up getting the house I have now at a different location.

SE said somewhere you need to build a house within a short time otherwise it will be reclaimed!

Actually if I recall correctly they set it where you have a few days or maybe a week to build on the plot you purchased I would need to look it up again to quote it. They did that to prevent people from simply buying and holding empty plots.

I just bought a house last week. If you go to the plot you have purchased you can get everything you need from there. At least that's what I did. And I pretty sure it told me I had 45 days to add the house or I would lose the plot. I'm not 100% sure though as I was I'm a panic to do it too and may have read wrong.

for 1 mil, well least I said some money buying it for 400k =/ How did you get a house on Balmung anyway? what size?
